The US Coast Guard requires first, middle, and last names - date of birth, and citizenship of each passenger. The person making the reservation does not have to be traveling.

Please measure your vehicle. Include "extensions" such as spare tire, bike rack, etc. If you are pulling a trailer or another vehicle, measure the total connected length. All dimensions should be in feet.
